How to use the online alarm clock
Setting an alarm takes one step: pick a time with the time input, choose an alert tone from the dropdown, and click "Set Alarm". You can stack as many alarms as you like — each one appears in the list below with its time, tone, and an on/off toggle so you can pause an alarm without deleting it. Not sure what a tone sounds like? Click "Test" for a quick two-and-a-half-second preview before you commit to it.
When an alarm reaches its target time, a full-screen overlay appears with the sound playing on a loop. From there you can hit "Dismiss" to turn it off, or "Snooze 5 min" to silence it and automatically schedule a fresh alarm five minutes later. Dismissing or letting a snooze fire again disables the original alarm entry, so it won't repeat the next day unless you re-enable it.
Because this is a browser-based tool with no server or app behind it, the alarm can only ring while this tab is open. Closing the tab, putting the computer to sleep, or navigating away will stop the countdown, so keep the tab active (or at least the browser running) until your alarm has fired. That said, the page itself works fully offline once loaded — no internet connection is needed to keep time, play sounds, or manage your alarm list.
The "Quick presets" grid links directly to common wake-up times; each one carries a ?time= parameter in its URL, so you can bookmark a preset like 6:30 AM and it will arm automatically the moment you open the link. Your theme, accent color, and 12/24-hour preference are saved in your browser and restored automatically on your next visit.
